I started HCG today. What is that? It’s a REALLY intense weight loss program. Light to no working out is an important rule in this diet, which is more important that I thought it would be… more on that in a minute. Anyway. The first 2 days of the HCG diet have you eating a high fat diet. Click the link here and read more about this diet. So, today I have enjoyed eating donuts, a pastrami sandwich, oreo’s and now a burger from Carl’s Jr. It feels gross to consume all of this, but it’s important for the diet… even though I have enough fat on me already. Have any of you been on the HCG diet before? By the time Creative Estates rolls around I should be at my goal weight, or almost there. Click on the HCG links above. They all lead to different websites.
I also went to the foot doctor this morning. And all this pain in my feet I have experience now has a name. I have what is called Plantar Fasciitis. This started last year when I began working out to P90X. It got so bad I could barely walk at times. So I stopped doing P90X. And I started working out again a few weeks ago to Hip Hop Abs, and it started again. So I had to stop. It’s incredibly painful. I am glad I went to the doctor today. He said if I didn’t heed my bodies warning pains I could have torn the muscles in my feet. OUCHIE! So I have been given inserts for my tennis shoes, and a boot that stretches the muscles in my feet, which I have to do starting Friday for 3 hours every night. Not to mention the shot in the side of each heel I had to endure. Oh the pain! I can not exercise for at least 4 weeks and have to stay off of my feet as much as I can or I run of the risk of tearing those muscles or fracturing my heels. Pretty serious stuff.
How are you doing? :)

One of my friends just finished a ’round’ of HCG and she has lost 41 pounds. She RAVES about it. Good luck on you weight loss goals … YOU CAN DO IT!

Ouch! Sounds like you’ve been through a lot! I also have plantar fasciitis…I got it while in the Marines. It is incredibly painful, but the inserts help and I am able to exercise again…sometimes, it comes back w/ a vengeance, but overall, it’s been good.

Wow, I had to work out like crazy when I did it. This may be a different type of the HCG since I had to do the injections and whatnot. I remember I even gained a few pounds the first week. Probably because of everything I ate the first 2 days. I didn’t lose many pounds throughout the whole thing, maybe 10 or so, but I lost TONS of inches. That’s what’s important. Oh, and I’ve never eaten spelt bread ever since. :)
Good luck to you! You will look fab for Creative Estates. :)

I hope your feet get better! That’s so awful. :(
Good luck with the HCG diet! You look fab anyway, but if I manage to get to Creative Estates I’ll see you looking even fabber.

I’ve been having heel pain, too. But my foot doc didn’t know why. Feels like a pulled muscle but is getting better after wearing good shows w/ my arch supports and staying off it as much as possible. My mom had the same thing you have and said the shot was so painful. Glad I didn’t have to have that.
Hope you heal fast!

I have Plantar Fasciitis too. I HATE the inserts, I have to wear the ugliest shoes to get them to fit in. So instead I found a brand that works really well for me. I wear Dansko shoes and it’s totally turned around for me! Good luck! my girlfriend waited too long to get her’s fixed and had to have major nasty surgery!
