Let’s bring back the snail mail! Don’t you miss receiving letters in the mail? I know I do. I remember in junior high having a pen pal across the world, and I remember becoming giddy when a letter would come from her in the mail. So. We now I am bringing back the penpal thing as an adult! This is a great way to build community the old school way. Building new friendships that start at the mailbox. All you need is your PenPal, paper, envelopes a pen/pencil and a stamp! If you want to send more than just letters eventually, be my guest! Make it fun! A little present is always fun to give and to receive! This isn’t just like a regular Pen Pal club, though… no way. We will be switching partners occasionally too! Why not become PenPals with more than one person? Continue writing your original Pen Pal and your new Pen Pal! Eventually you’ll have a long list of new friends you’ve connected with through your mailbox! Doesn’t get much better than this!
So? Whatya say? Well, there’s really nothing to say, friends! Just sign up below. :)

I’m still like a little kid when it comes to mail so much so that before I got married my soon to be husband had to agree to let me check the mail. Ridiculous, I know but I spent years with a roommate who got home from work before me and would always check the mail and I hated it.

Hey there, I signed up, but I wanted to let you know also that there are a few (good) pen pal web sites out there, along with some snail mail pen pal newsletters. I get like 5 of them in the mail. I love them! :) I’ve been pen palling since I was 14, I’m 30 now. I figure I’ll keep writing until my fingers fall off or I wake up dead, whatever comes first! :)
